Tell us about yourself!
I’m Allie from Allie’s Fashion Alley. My blog is a space to share my girly style and inspire women to dress with class. I really do believe that if you look good, you feel good.
When did you start blogging and what inspired you to start your blog?
I started blogging about six years ago. My goal from the beginning was to create a business doing something that I enjoyed and was in complete control of. I’m proud of how far it’s come in the last few years.
What is your favorite blog post that you have written?
I styled a couple of looks to pair with Marc Fisher shoes and did a photo shoot at the Conrad Chicago hotel. The photos turned out amazing, which always makes it easier to write a post.
What do you love about blogging?
I love that although there are so many blogs out there, each one is truly unique. You can really get to know someone just by reading their blog. I feel as though my blog is part of who I am and kind of like my personal brand. I like looking back at old blog posts to see how much I’ve changed and grown.
What are some brands that you have worked with, or some brands that you would love to work with?
I have worked with Topshop, Macy’s, and a ton of local Chicago companies. I would love to work with Henri Bendel in the future because their bags are my favorite!
