The true focus is simple: to inspire and assist you into becoming the best version of you.
What is your favorite post you’ve written or your favorite series/type of post?
I absolutely love the series on posture! Almost everyone is self conscious about their posture! Most of us sit at computers or desks for hours a day, and our posture suffers the consequences. We broke it down, gave healthy posture workouts and even gave a brief tutorial on how our readers can fix their own workspaces!
What is something you wish you knew how to do related to blogging?
Some bloggers are absolutely amazing at ‘iPhonography.’ The artistry behind their pictures is inspiring and most of it is coming from their phones! I think this is so cool and definitely something I’m continuing to work on.
Why did you start blogging?
To help people develop a healthy and stress-free relationship with their bodies, fitness and health.
What is your favorite social platform?
Instagram–it’s quick, easy and very visual. I’m a visual learner so I love being able to scroll through photos and get ideas for workouts, recipes and fashion.
