Greetings from Phoenix, Arizona! The beautiful part about college is pick out your school schedule, therefore I only have class on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s throughout the week. I was able to get off work and working for the Windy City means working from anywhere in the world. I love being able to write these blog posts from the comfort of my own home, the plane, or even laying out next to the pool. Sometimes you just need to purchase a ticket and treat yourself. Everyone needs a little TLC when it comes to mental health and self care. I thought it was appropriate to wrap up this Friday with some Posts We Love from our favorite Health + Wellness Bloggers!
Hungry by Nature: Ellie is a health and wellness blogger, currently fighting auto immune disease. She loves food — making it, baking it, eating it, sharing it, and talking about it. Her approach to food is simple — eat health, whole, natural foods, and always leave room for dessert. Head to her blog to get a delicious recipe on Baked Cauliflower Wings. This is the perfect snack to satisfy your cravings. Perfect for game night, a simple side, or weekend snack — these are paleo, vegan, and gluten free!
Emma Lenhart: Emma is a college student in the city of Chicago. Her blogs ranges from all things from Fashion to Wellness and writes about all college, career tips, and her life in Chicago. Her goal is to inspire young women to reach their fullest potential while living the happiest of lives. In her most recent post she writes about How She Treats her Small Breakouts.
The Everygirl: Many of you are familiar with The Everygirl. Whether she is searching for her dream job or a new city to call home; is saving for a down payment or a ticket to travel the world; is learning to cook or speak another language, she needs a bit of guidance, she wants to be inspired. She is The Everygirl. This is for her. As I move more and more into my twenties, I felt as if their latest post was very relatable and highly recommend for everyone to read: 10 Ways to Maintain Your Mental Health in Your 20s.
Thanks for reading! I promise to bring back some sun and warm weather when I return to Chicago.
